I usually ship books on Mondays and Thursdays. We are currently updating our system to notify you when your book ships and allow you to track its status. If you have questions or concerns, please email [email protected].
We deliver them to the email you used when ordering.
My system sends an automated delivery email with links to download your books and guides to the address you provided when placing your order. If you don't see it in your inbox, please CHECK SPAM.
If you have confirmed that it is not in your inbox or spam folder, email [email protected] from the email where you'd like the delivery resent. (That makes it easy for Amy or I to check for errors in the email provided and ensure you receive your book(s).)

I promise I'm working on delivering this to you automatically, but I'm an author, teacher, mentor, business owner, and lots of other stuff that don't include tech wizard. For whatever reason, setting this up to happen with every purchase is proving . . . well, let's just say there's been some swearing involved. We're hoping our updates that allow you to track shipments will also allow us to automatically send you a receipt.
Send an email to [email protected] and Amy or I will happy send along your receipt manually.
