Frequently Asked Questions

When will my paperbacks arrive?

Approximately 7 days

I usually ship books on Mondays and Thursdays. To keep shipping costs low, so I never have to charge you, I use ground advantage or media mail, both of which arrive in about 5 business days. If it has been longer than 10 business days since you ordered, please email [email protected].

*Please NOTE: Amy, Grace, and I all live in the eastern time zone and do not check or send emails in the middle of the night. General rule of thumb: If the east coast is dark, we'll get back to you the next time the sun rises.

Where are my digital books?

In the email you used when ordering

My system sends an automated delivery email with links to download your books and guides to the address you provided when placing your order. If you don't see it in your inbox, please CHECK SPAM.

If you have confirmed that it is not in your inbox or spam folder, email [email protected] from the email where you'd like the delivery resent. (That makes it easy for Amy or I to check for errors in the email provided and ensure you receive your book(s).)

Can I get a receipt?

SURE!

I promise I'm working on delivering this to you automatically, but I'm an author, teacher, mentor, business owner, and lots of other stuff that don't include tech wizard. For whatever reason, setting this up to happen with every purchase is proving . . . well, let's just say there's been some swearing involved.

Send an email to [email protected] and Amy or I will happy send along your receipt manually.

Where's my shipping notification?

Somewhere in the abyss

Much like automated receipts, this has proven elusive through our primary system. My shipping system will do it . . . for an extra $200 per month. Considering that most books cost $5 to print and $5 to ship, I only earn $5-$6 per book (and that's before transaction/bank/credit card fees!). At this point in time, I can't justify the added cost. I'd have to sell more 40 paperbacks every month just to break even! Since Amy & Grace both like to get paid, we can give you an update manually if you send us an email. [email protected]
